Shipping & Delivery

All orders are delivered FREE of charge within South Africa.

We will send your order within normal working hours except for weekends and public holidays. For orders received before 2 pm, goods will be delivered within 3 – 4 workdays providing they are in stock.  If your ordered item(s) are not in stock an extra day will be needed to get the items from the particular supplier.  If the supplier does not have stock, we will inform you about the lead time involved and take it from there.  If not all of the items are out of stock, we will contact you to establish whether you would like the full shipment at once, or partial.

AudioHead gives its utmost to serve the customer as quickly as possible. In actual fact, it excites us to do it quicker every day. It is, however, a reality that shipping companies are sometimes subjected to strikes and other delays, hence the need for more than one courier company. It is most certainly in the minority that a problem arises. Should any delay happen, we would follow up and lodge and handle queries with the particular courier company. Once an order has been transferred to the possession of the courier company, AudioHead (PTY) LTD is no longer responsible for the security thereof.  If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, the relevant courier company will be held liable, however, we will do our utmost to settle the dispute on your behalf.

Privacy & Security

AudioHead shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Returns, Replacements & Refunds

The provision of goods and services by AudioHead is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, AudioHead will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a Ten per cent (10%) administration fee.

We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 10 days of purchase. You will need to provide your original invoice, so please keep this in a safe place. Goods returned after this 10 day period will attract a Ten per cent (10%) handling and restocking fee.

All items carry the full local warranty and are subject to the warranty terms and conditions provided by each manufacturer.  If any product fails within the warranty period, we will submit the item to the relevant agent for assessment and thereafter a decision will be made, subject to the Consumer Protection Act and related law, as to whether we could refund you, exchange the item for a new one or get the item repaired under warranty.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Due to the nature and origin of headphone products, all pricing is subject to currency exchange rates and may, therefore, be changed by suppliers, and ultimately AudioHead, without notice.  AudioHead will make reasonable effort to always keep the pricing on this website up to date.  If an order was placed at a previous price the order will be processed at that price, providing the item is in stock at AudioHead.  If an item has to be obtained from a supplier at a new price, the newer price will apply (whether higher or lower than advertised).  Reasonable discretion will be applied in this case and we will rectify the incorrect price immediately.

Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card and Maestro cards or by bank transfer into the AudioHead bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. We regret no American Express or Diners Club cards can be accepted.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for AudioHead by PayFast (Pty) Ltd an authorized payment gateway in South Africa.  PayFast use SSL3 and no credit card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Export Restriction

Products on this website are currently only available to South African based clients.
